We just wrapped up an incredible week at NEMRA — over 20 new rep firms are joining Flow, and several manufacturers are onboarding with us as we pursue deeper integrations. The energy around what we're building has never been higher.
To match that momentum, here's everything we've shipped. New features that save real time on pricing, quoting, commissions, and warehouse operations — plus dozens of improvements and fixes across the board.
Keep your feedback coming, and we’ll keep building!
Import Any Manufacturer's Pricing — Instantly
AI-Powered Pricing Ingestion
The Gist: You can now take any manufacturer pricing file — no matter the format, including tiered pricing, pricing bands, or complex regional structures — and have it loaded directly into Flow, ready to use in quoting immediately. No more reformatting spreadsheets. No more manual data entry. No more waiting for someone to "clean the file."
How It Works: If it's a straightforward distributor net or customer pricing file, you can upload it directly in the Uploader — select "Pricing," upload, and click Process. For more complex formats (tiered pricing, multi-level pricing bands, regional structures, etc.), just send the file to our team and we'll create a template for you. Once that template exists, every future upload from that manufacturer is simple — just upload and go.

We've Already Built Templates for 15+ Manufacturers: Arlington, Ebox, Harger, Halco, American Fittings, Southwire, Shurtape, Rack-a-Tiers, Panasonic, KPS, G&G, ESA Fabrication, Anamet, RAB, Mersen.
Don't see your manufacturer? Send us the pricing file they send you and we'll build a template. Once it's set up, you can upload on your own going forward.
Organize Your Sales Team Inside Flow
The Gist: You can now create sales teams directly in Flow. Set up any number of teams with a team name, assign a manager, and add outside reps. Managers automatically get visibility into everything their team members are working on — orders, tasks, customers, all of it. You can also link teams to your geographic territories if you want them synced.
How to Use: Go to Admin Settings to create and manage your sales teams. Assign a manager, add team members, name the team, and optionally link it to a territory.

Flow Now Feels Like a Native App on Your Phone
Add Flow to Your Home Screen — Get a Full App Experience
Flow now supports a true mobile app experience on your iPhone. Add it to your home screen and it runs full-screen — no browser bar, no tabs, just Flow. It looks and feels exactly like a native app from the App Store.
Here's the best part: because it runs on the same codebase as the desktop version, every update we ship is available on mobile at the same time. No waiting 5–7 days for App Store approval. No version mismatches between your phone and your computer. What you see on desktop is what you get on mobile, always in sync, always up to date.

How to Set It Up (takes 30 seconds):
Open your Flow URL in Safari on your iPhone (must be Safari — not Chrome or another browser)
Tap the Menu Button (bottom right)
Tap the Share Button (not "Add to Favorites" — they're different options)
Tap “Add to Homescreen”
Tap Add
Tap the new Flow icon on your home screen to open it
That's it. The app opens full-screen with no browser bar, no navigation buttons — just Flow. It will stay that way every time you open it from your home screen. Make sure you are on the latest version of iOS.

Interactive CRM Map with Clickable Pins
The Gist: The map view now displays pins for your customers, end users, and job sites — giving you a visual overview of where your business is concentrated geographically. Click any pin and it opens directly in Google Maps or Apple Maps, so you can get directions instantly without copying and pasting addresses. Whether you're planning a day of site visits, checking proximity to a job, or just getting a feel for your territory coverage, the map makes it fast and visual.
How to Use: Navigate to the Map link in the CRM section. Pins populate based on the addresses stored on each record. Set your central location as your currenet location or a different address, and set your radius. Click any pin to see the details, then tap the map link to open it in Google Maps or Apple Maps for turn-by-turn directions.

Faster Quotes, Smarter Product Alternatives
PDF Builder Improvements
The Gist: Three fixes to the PDF Builder that make exported quotes and orders look right every time. Secondary logos now size correctly so they're visually balanced with your primary logo. Long customer names no longer overlap or cut off — the layout handles them cleanly. And most importantly, your PDF Builder settings now persist between exports, so you don't have to redo your configuration every time you generate a PDF.
Auto-Populated Numbers & Quote Names
The Gist: Order numbers, quote numbers, and job numbers now auto-populate when you create new records. Plus, there's a new "Name" field on quotes so you can identify them at a glance. Less typing, fewer errors.
How to Use: Go to Admin Settings → Automation to set your preferred prefix and starting number for quotes, orders, invoices, and checks. New records will auto-increment from there. The Name field appears at the top of every new quote.

Edit Quantities When Creating Invoices from Orders
The Gist: When creating an invoice from an order (or an order from a quote), you can now edit quantities during the process instead of creating it first and going back to fix the numbers.
How to Use: When you click "Create Invoice" from an order (or "Create Order" from a quote), you'll see the line items with editable quantity fields before the new record is created.
Editable Commission Values
The Gist: Commission values on quotes, orders, and invoices are now directly editable. Update the commission amount and the percentage auto-recalculates, or vice versa.
How to Use: On any quote, order, or invoice line item, click the commission amount or percentage field to edit it directly. Changing one auto-recalculates the other.
Excel Report from Quote, Order, Invoice, and Statement Landing Pages
The Gist: Generate and download Excel reports directly from the Orders, Quotes, Invoices, and Statements landing pages. One click, real data, no manual work.
How to Use: On the Orders, Quotes, Invoices, or Statements landing page, click the Export button to download the current view as an Excel file.
Multiple Invoice Links on Line Items
The Gist: When more than one invoice is attached to a single line item, you'll now see a "+1" indicator. Click it to see all linked invoices in a tooltip or modal — no more guessing which invoices are connected.
Order Line Items Match PDF Sequence
The Gist: When you upload a PDF and an order is created from it, the line items now appear in the same sequence as the original document. No more reordering after the fact.
Getting Paid Correctly, Every Time
Checks Now Pull In Statement Line Items
The Gist: Select a statement and have all its line items brought into a check automatically. You'll see both orders and invoices, and a toggle in your settings controls which object calculates expected commission. Even if order or invoice info isn't available, line items still come in with amounts from the statement commission field.
How to Use: On the Statement screen, click Actions and Convert to Check

Bill-to / Ship-to / Sold-to for Rep Credit
The Gist: Control whether rep credit is assigned based on the bill-to, ship-to (end user), or sold-to address. Set the default at the Customer level, and override it per quote or order. Reps get credited correctly without manual workarounds.
How to Use: Go to Settings, then under Document Details click Quote, Order, Statement, or Invoice Settings, and click Tenant Settings. Scroll down to Outside Rep Population Source.

Credits & Adjustments in Statement Matching
The Gist: The Credits and Adjustments tabs are now available in the matching screen for Commission Statements.
More Data in Posted Statement Exports
The Gist: The Posted Statement API and Excel export now include Customer, End User, Expected Commission Rate, and Commission Rate fields — better reporting with no extra steps.
Order Date & Order Number on Commission Reports
The Gist: The Commissions By State report now includes Order Date and Order Number fields, and the Check Pivot report now includes Order Date. Better data in the reports you already use, without extra steps.
Advanced Statement Processing for Complex Formats
The Gist: FlowScan can now handle difficult commission statement formats that previously couldn't be processed — including statements with Excel-like text layouts and non-standard structures. It reads the content, transforms it, and processes it with custom instructions. If you've had statements that failed to upload cleanly before, they should work now.
Smarter Relationships, Cleaner Data
Parent-Child Manufacturer Relationships
The Gist: Manufacturers now support parent-child hierarchies — visible on the manufacturer landing page and configurable on individual records. If your manufacturers have divisions or subsidiaries, you can represent that structure properly.
Cross-Entity Contact Linking
The Gist: Contacts can now be linked to Companies, Customers, and Manufacturers. Add a contact from the contact record and it shows up as linked on both sides. One contact record, visible everywhere it matters.
Cleaner Companies Page
The Gist: Companies no longer carry "Manufacturer" or "Customer" type labels or filters. Those entity types live in their own dedicated sections, making the Companies page cleaner and more focused.
Customer & End User Cross-References on Manufacturer Profiles
The Gist: Manufacturer profiles now support customer cross-references and ship-to (end user) cross-references. This means you can map your customer and end user naming to the manufacturer's naming directly on the manufacturer record.
If your manufacturer send you their customer ID in their commission statements, this also makes commissions statement uploads faster and more accurate.
Make Flow Work the Way You Do
Hide or Show Header Fields
The Gist: Every rep agency works a little differently. Now you can choose exactly which header fields appear on your quotes, orders, and invoices. If a field isn't required, hide it — your screen stays clean and focused on what matters to your workflow. This applies across your entire organization, so your team sees a consistent, streamlined layout.
How to Use: Go to Admin Settings → Field Configuration for quotes, orders, or invoices. Toggle any non-required field on or off. Changes apply immediately across your organization.

You can also see these settings on the quote, order, or invoice setting

Pin-able Columns in Line Items
The Gist: Line item tables can get wide — especially when you're tracking pricing, quantities, commissions, and custom fields. You can now pin any column so it stays visible as you scroll horizontally. Pin columns in the middle of the table, not just the edges, so the data you reference most is always in view.
How to Use: Go to Admin Settings → Line Item Configuration. Toggle the "pin" option on any column. Pinned columns stick in place when scrolling the table.

Additional Fields on Landing Pages
The Gist: The Quotes, Orders, and Invoices landing pages now show columns for Customer, End User, Factory, Category, Part Number, and Sales Rep — fields that used to require opening each record to see. You can sort and filter by any of them, so you can find what you're looking for without clicking into individual records.
Sales Overview Dashboard
The Gist: A new Sales Overview Dashboard gives you a complete picture of your business at a glance. See your total sales broken down by manufacturer, by customer, by product category, and by product — each with its own table and pie chart. Every table shows the entity, total sales, and percent of total sales so you can instantly see where your revenue is concentrated.
Quality-of-Life Improvements
Watchers on Tasks, Quotes, Orders & More — Add other users as watchers on any task, quote, order, job, or pre-opp. They'll receive notifications as things change — without needing to be the assigned rep.
Tag Number Extraction from Uploads — The AI uploader now pulls out "Tag #" values from uploaded documents and adds them as a column on line items. If your documents include tag numbers, they'll come through automatically.
PDF Attached to Order Acknowledgements — When an order acknowledgement upload triggers order creation, the original PDF is now automatically saved to the order's Files tab.
Customer & Manufacturer Columns on Contact Landing Page — The Contact landing page now shows "Customer" and "Manufacturer" columns alongside the existing "Company" column. At a glance, you can see which customers and manufacturers each contact is linked to without opening the record.
Multi-Page PDF Invoice Processing — The AI uploader now reads every page of a multi-page PDF as a separate invoice. Upload one file with 20 invoices and all 20 get processed individually.
Template Quick Filters — The Templates screen now defaults to showing only templates with instructions. A quick filter at the top lets you toggle between templates with and without instructions, so the screen isn't cluttered with backend-only templates.
Unsaved Changes Warning — If you navigate away from a document defaults settings page without saving, a modal now warns you before you lose your changes.
Email Notifications for Feedback & Support — Thumbs-down ratings in chat, FlowScan feedback, analytics requests, and the support button in chat now all trigger email notifications to the support team, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Cleaner File Upload Area — The large drag-and-drop upload zone has been replaced with a simple "Upload Files" button, plus upload dates on each PDF.
Edit Adjustments from Check Page — Adjustments can now be edited directly from the Check page.
Factory Terms on Quote PDFs — Terms added at the factory level now reflect correctly in exported quote PDFs.
"Sell Total" Renamed to "Line Total" — Clearer naming on quote and order columns.
Product Warehouse Toggle — Products can be flagged as "warehouse" items with a toggle, and this field is available in uploads.
Connected Entities for Products — Products now support connected entity setups for richer data relationships.
Backorder Alerts — Backorder alert notifications are now working correctly.
Word Document Uploads — You can now upload Word (.docx) files in addition to PDFs and spreadsheets.
Upload Files with Same Name — Two files with the same name can now be uploaded separately without conflicts.
Multi-Entity PDFs — Support for PDFs that span multiple entities.
Pricing View Across Orders — View product pricing across all orders from one place.
Smarter Template Selection — Upload templates now filter by entity type, and if no template is auto-detected, you'll be prompted to select or create one.
